I am Elena
I am a holistic stress management coach and transformational practitioner dedicated to helping people move beyond anxiety, overthinking, and self-doubt.
Originally from Crimea, I moved to the United States in 1999. After discovering yoga—a practice that profoundly changed my life—I began a journey of helping others reconnect with their inner strength, clarity, and emotional resilience. Over the past two decades, I have combined my experience in yoga, intentional movement, and holistic wellness with Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT).
TThrough online RTT transformational sessions, I help individuals:
